Tea in the United States covers everything from a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea house to a Southern sweet-tea counter, and the fastest-growing segment is bubble tea: Taiwanese-style milk teas and fruit teas with tapioca pearls, sold by chains and independents alike with adjustable sugar and ice levels. Tea rooms serving afternoon tea with scones and sandwiches usually require a reservation, while boba shops, juice bars and smoothie shops are walk-in and quick. Kava and kombucha bars are a newer category, and loose-leaf tea stores sell blends, teaware and gifts, often with a tasting counter. Prices for a drink run similar to coffee-shop prices, with premium teas and cold-pressed juices at the high end.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 amβ10 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. More information is available on its website, teamakersnyc.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 127 reviews, which is a strong result for a bubble tea shop in Brooklyn and suggests consistent service.
Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Brooklyn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The workers here are a delight to talk with! The service was near perfect and I was able to receive my drink in less than 5 minutes time. I even went back for seconds! 10/10 would reccomend again, everyone should stop by!

For the first drink I got the Korean inspired strawberry crΓ¨me drink with boba and I lowkey regret buying it π«© the artificial strawberry flavor WAS HEAVY it was so midβ¦but the tapioca pearls were good. Would I get that specific drink again? No. For the second drink I got the Korean soda Blue Ocean Soda and it was soooo refreshing. I will definitely buy that one again or try one of their fruit teas or Yakult drinks!!! The workers there are nice! Very speedy with their drinks

This bubble tea shop is located in the Dekalb market hall food court. Ordered four drinks from here a strawberry matcha, lychee spring tea, a Thai milk tea, and a regular milk tea. All the drinks tasted average and the matcha was okay. I ordered the lychee spring tea and it was good I really liked the lychee pieces in it! I would still come back to try the other drinks. In the past I ordered the blue ocean soda and it gave me a stomachache so I wouldnβt recommend it.

Their drinks are very good! I have recently ordered their Taro Slush and it was very tasty. If they had sago as a topping, that would have been a great pairing. They also make Taiyaki's. I ordered 3, red bean, chocolate, and plain.

I got tea and a taiyaki at Team makers. Both were honestly pretty average, not a place i would go back to. I was very annoyed by the costumer service though. I stood in line for a few minutes and no one came to take my order, they just kept looking at me until i said something. Once i placed my order, i got the tea relative fast but kept waiting for the taiyaki for over 10 minutes and the staff was just on their phone or chatting with each other. i went back and asked when it was going to be ready. They said they had forgotten about the order and made one but seemed pretty rushed and did not taste good at all. Would not recommend!
